She is a genius at color play and bringing together unexpected and exciting combinations with balance and grace.

She steps up to the challenge, even when others would walk away. She is fearless and confident in the concepts she is bringing to life, able to find a design solution to any task, and has an unbelievable ability to problem solve on the fly.

She manages to stay on trend while continuously creating timeless design.

A lover of plants and flowers since youth, she knows all the tricks, loves to share her wealth of knowledge with clients and staff, and has helped a lot of big names build their empires.

She is a visionary who thrives on challenge; if a client wants it, Rachael will make it happen. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are 100% happy.

She has an enduring love for flowers and Kaua’i, which she passionately pours into Lost Girls. Rachael sees natural beauty everywhere, and knows how to bring the effortlessness of nature into an event space.

Betty joined the Lost Girls team after being rescued from the Kauaʻi Humane Society and has been keeping the studio running smoothly ever since. A proud dachshund-pit bull mix (or “Doxie Bull,” depending on who you ask), she’s proof that great things come in short packages.

You’ll usually find her supervising flower deliveries from her favorite sunny spot, greeting clients with an enthusiastic tail wag, or making sure no treat goes unclaimed. She’s also the creative inspiration behind our signature dog leis and believes every four-legged family member deserves flowers too.

Her greatest joy? Snacks.
Her greatest challenge? Convincing everyone the FedEx driver is definitely suspicious.

Betty reminds us every day to work hard, stay curious, and never pass up an opportunity for a belly rub.
